Val Elliott is a distinguished change leader with extensive international experience in finance and operations across various sectors, including National Grid, Hovis, and Sony. Val has demonstrated strong leadership and transformation skills while overseeing finance, supply chain, engineering, and people services operations. Val has also held board positions with national charities, including serving as interim chair of Girlguiding and chair of finance for BACP. Currently, Val is a member of the ACCA Global Forum, advising on the future of finance. Val is passionate about creating environments that enable others to achieve their potential.
