Joseph Fernandes

Joseph is Head of Finance UKI at Flora Food Group, where he brings over 15 years of global finance experience across FMCG and financial services. Before joining Flora, he spent more than six years at Kraft Heinz, leading international procurement finance and serving as financial controller for Northern and Continental Europe. His early career began at EY and Deloitte, where he specialised in investment funds and financial assurance. A chartered accountant with ICAS, Joseph has built a reputation for driving commercial performance, improving team cohesion, and managing complexity across borders. He’s passionate about developing finance teams that are strategic, adaptable, and equipped to deliver value in fast-moving environments.
