Chris Naisby

Chris qualified in 1997. Chris joined the Pinewood Group in 2001. In over 19 years with Pinewood, Chris led and supported on strategy including an IPO to the main list of the LSE, M&A, a delist and relist onto AIM, international expansion, and a take private sale of Pinewood. In 2021, Chris joined the Watergate Bay Hotel Group as CFO. To date Chris has overseen the refinance and restructuring of the business and has led on strategy, doubling the hotels in the portfolio. The most recent addition being the launch of Cornwall’s first coastal aparthotel under the new brand “SeaSpace”.
