Beth Adamson

Beth Adamson is a finance leader with a background in private equity, fund management, and growth-stage business support. Now Finance Director at Elbow Beach, she brings hands-on experience from across the investment ecosystem, having previously led finance and operations at Frog Capital and held a board observer role at Genasys. At Frog, she was responsible for portfolio valuations, fund compliance across UK and Luxembourg entities, responsible investment and strategic initiatives including system migrations and process improvement. Earlier in her career, Beth worked with high-growth firms and financial institutions during her time at BDO, where she supported regulatory change and internal audits across fintech and investment sectors. Her experience in industry has been in regulated businesses in lean teams covering finance, compliance and operations. She has a particular interest in sustainable scaling of businesses, enhancing portfolio value creation and adding genuine value through strong governance, particularly in fast-moving environments.
