Beth Adamson

Beth Adamson is a finance leader with a background in private equity, fund management, and growth-stage business support. Now Finance Director at Elbow Beach, she brings hands-on experience from across the investment ecosystem, having previously led finance and operations at Frog Capital and held a board observer role at Genasys. At Frog, she was responsible for portfolio valuations, fund compliance across UK and Luxembourg entities, and strategic initiatives including system migrations and process improvement. Earlier in her career, Beth worked with high-growth firms and financial institutions during her time at BDO, where she supported regulatory change and internal audits across fintech and investment sectors. She’s known for combining technical rigour with operational leadership and has a particular interest in scaling finance functions, investor reporting, and portfolio value creation.
