She began her career in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners, advising on high-profile M&A transactions across media, consumer, and healthcare. Her expertise spans deal execution, financial strategy, and operational planning for both public and private companies.
Autumn also leads Cross Step Consulting, where she advises mission-driven businesses through key growth moments - whether raising capital, improving profitability, or scaling operations.
