Since joining in 2024, she has worked closely with CFOs across industries, particularly in financial services, to deliver strategic insight and shape high-impact finance functions. Before Baringa, Amy spent nearly 16 years at EY in London, progressing from Assurance Executive to Director in Financial Services Consulting. Her work focused on finance transformation, performance improvement and supporting major organisations through periods of growth and change. Amy brings a practical understanding of the challenges facing modern finance teams, combining technical expertise with a sharp focus on business outcomes.
