She is the founder of Neatline Creative, a brand and communications consultancy that unlocks growth through storytelling, and co-founder of Stillness Partners, which works with organisations to build systems that support both performance and wellbeing. Over the past 25 years, Alice has led brand, culture, and communications programmes for more than 40 global businesses, helping teams navigate change with clarity, creativity, and purpose. She brings a unique mix of strategic insight and creative thinking along with a calm, practical approach to the messy realities of modern work. Alice is a qualified facilitator and coach with a special interest in how teams communicate, collaborate, and stay engaged — even under pressure.
