The reciprocal rights and duties between the Organizer, Finance Forum, and the Exhibitor or Partner are based on a valid Exhibitor or Partner contract signed by both parties. These standard terms and conditions are an essential part of the contract and determine in particular the conditions of participation as well as the mandatory guidelines for participation specified for the Exhibition. The signature of the Exhibitor or Partner on the contract document signifies acceptance of the standard terms and conditions. In cases of differences between the standard terms and conditions and the individual contract, the individual contract document takes precedence.
