The 18th Finance Forum – "New and Improved? Better! - Changing Perspectives" – came to a close on 4–5 November 2008 at the Zurich Congress Center. At this year's gathering of Switzerland's brightest and best from the IT and Financial sectors, the topic on everyone's lips and the focus of various lectures was the current condition of international financial markets.

Exhibition Format
The newly designed Exhibition made attending the Finance Forum even more worthwhile and was met with enthusiasm from participants as well as exhibitors. The structuring of the exhibition into six Theme Worlds made it easy for visitors to find desired exhibits and to begin networking in their areas of interest.

Unique Opportunity for Exchanging Ideas
The management team gives the thumbs up: Once again this year, it was possible to bring people together to talk about current events in the financial sector; whether in smaller discussion groups or in the larger lecture format, the focus was the same, and the goal was to find workable solutions.
